All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The name on your payment account must match the name on your kris2d account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from Rp 20,000 for e-wallets to Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are set based on payment provider restrictions and your account verification status. Deposits are generally processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets, though processing times may vary during peak hours or bank holidays. kris2d does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. You must complete account verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if additional verification is required. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts, excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly limits apply based on your VIP tier and verification status.

All sports bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. For football (soccer) betting, Asian handicap and over/under markets are settled based on full-time results including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless specifically stated. For bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets, void rules apply if a match is abandoned before completion. Upon account closure, you may be entitled to withdraw your account balance subject to verification and compliance with all terms. Bonus funds and unredeemed loyalty points will be forfeited upon account closure. kris2d is not obligated to provide detailed reasons for account closure decisions.
